Bangladesh Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and r777com (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the r777com platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by or on behalf of r777com — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using r777com and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at support@r777com. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding the interpretation of translated versions (if any are made available for informational convenience), the English-language version shall prevail and be the authoritative text for all legal purposes.

r777com provides its services in English to players located in Bangladesh. The platform does not target jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of r777com is legal in their applicable jurisdiction at the time of use. r777com makes no representation that any product or service described on this platform is appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside those it specifically serves.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on r777com. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. r777com uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and any balances or winnings in those accounts forfeited without notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all subsequent times when updating your account profile. r777com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date, including your email address and any linked payment method details (bKash number, Nagad number, etc.).

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r777com does not accept cryptocurrency payments, third-party payments made on behalf of another person, or payments from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Using a payment method that does not belong to you is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on r777com is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Funds and Player Balance

Player funds held in r777com accounts are kept separate from the platform's operational funds. Players are responsible for maintaining accurate records of their own deposits, wagers, and withdrawals for personal financial and tax purposes.

3.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

r777com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating exclusively to that promotion, while this Agreement governs all other matters.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by r777com are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed. Players who attempt to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the stated wagering requirements will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed from their account balance.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. r777com reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where a market has been suspended incorrectly, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. 5.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

• Attempting to open more than one account on r777com under any circumstances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform's games, betting markets, or customer support systems in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such vulnerability must be reported to support@r777com immediately upon discovery rather than exploited for personal gain.

r777com monitors player activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, r777com may, at its sole discretion: issue a formal warning; suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; withhold or forfeit account balances and winnings; and/or report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

7.1 Closure by the Player

Any registered player on r777com may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support at support@r777com. Before closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's registered withdrawal method. Account closures for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed immediately upon request with no cooling-off period.

7.2 Closure by r777com

r777com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is suspected of or confirmed to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable period following request.
• The player has initiated chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitate closure.
• The player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 24 consecutive months of inactivity (no logins, deposits, withdrawals, or wagers). r777com will notify the player at the email address on file before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. Notification will be sent at least 30 days before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, the player should contact support at support@r777com.

8.1 Platform Availability

r777com endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. r777com will not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities, expired bonuses, or game sessions interrupted by maintenance.

8.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r777com's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. r777com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within two business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve it within ten business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
